In Cooperation With Ala Carte Travel
After an overnight flight from Denver to Paris, join your tour director for a guided coach tour of Paris. Marvel at the sights of Paris including the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre, just to name a few. On Day 3 it's off to Toulouse via the TGV bullet train. Visit the Basilique St-Sernin, the largest and finest Romanesque church in the Old World, The Cathédrale St-Etienne, another major ecclesiastical bluilding, and Eglise des Jacobins the largest convent in France, among other major sites in Toulouse. The highliqht of the tour will be La Maison de la Violette. During our four additional days, travel from Toulouse to Carcassonne over the Pyrenees Mountains to Figueres, home of the Salvador Dali Museum and into Barcelona.

Begin your adventure in the cosmopolitan city of Vancouver and sail north through the inside Passage to Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay National Park and College Fjord. Excursions to Mendenhall Glacier and Klondike Gold National Park are available to trip participants. Our ship will provide all meals and comfortable quarters to relax and enjoy a journey that will explore the wildlife and beauty that exists only in Alaska and its environs. Study natural wildlife and marine life with lectures and tours examining Alaska's history, topography, and natural landscapes. Tour Juneau, the state's capital and visit the Alaska State Museum. Explore the Mendenhall Glacier-a 12 mile river of ice. In Skagway, study the Klondike Gold Rush and cruise Glacier Bay. View and study with our onboard naturalist hump-back whales, bald eagles, sea lions, porpoises and puffins. Kayak the misty fjords in Ketchikan. Complete your journey in Anchorage;study native heritage at The Anchorage Museum of History and Art. Return home or continue on to Denali National Park by train.
